Kagan co-operative learning offers powerful alternative for teaching interaction. These structures are instructional strategies designed to promote cooperation and communication in classroom, boost students confidence and retain their interest in classroom interaction.Kagan
strategies that I have used in classrooms are as follows:

learning strategy where students work together to solve a problem or answer a question
about an assigned reading.I had used this strategy to take the revision in the class for STD VII

2.Rally
Robin: - It is a co-operative learning strategy where students in a pair are
given question with multiple answers and time is given to think. Partner: 1
shares the answer orally once he finishes partner: 2 shares his answer.
Students rally the topic till teacher say time. I used this strategy to discuss
on use of nuclear energy for productive use.
